Taping of the tibial muscle
Position during application
In the supine position, with the foot loose and the thigh extended.
1. Measure the GEM tape in an I shape , starting on the side of the foot below the big toe joint to the outside below the knee. Round the corners.
2. Stick the anchor of the tape externally below the knee and guide the tape down, slightly obliquely above the ankle.
3. Glue the tape under the toe joint on the foot loosely without pulling. Iron throughout.
