Seated, leg remains flexed.

Application procedure

1. Measure the GEM tape from the centre of the kneecap to the level of the popliteal fossa bilaterally and round the corners.

2. GEM tape is glued from the centre with a light pull under the kneecap.

3. Work the tape around the kneecap and finish without pulling, smooth the ends.
