Taping for trapezius pain
Position during application
Sitting with the head slightly tilted to the side (feel the stretch of the upper part of the trapezius muscle). We measure and apply the tape in this position.
1. Measure two I-shaped GEM tape from the edge of the shoulder to the hair part, round the corners.
2. Glue the anchor of the tape to the edge of the shoulder, tilt the head to the side and guide the tape to the hair shaft without pulling. Finish and iron along the entire length of the tape.
WARNING: The area from the head (or the end of the hair), the neck to the buttocks should ALWAYS be rubbed open!!
