Position during application

Sitting with head bent forward. We measure and apply the tape in this position.

Application procedure

1. Measure the GEM tape about 5 cm below the upper edge of the scapula up to the hairline. Cut the strip in half and do not cut about 5 cm at the end. Y teepee.

2. Stick the anchor of the tape to the spine at the level of the upper third of the shoulder blades

3. Lead each part of the Y tape around the spine to the hair part without pulling and with the head bent forward. Finish by gluing and ironing all the way round.

WARNING: The area from the head and neck to the buttocks should ALWAYS be TAPED WITH BOTH HANDS!!!
