Application procedure

1. Measure the GEM tape in an I-shape from below the centre of the tummy towards the ribs (approx. palm below the edge of the bra) on both sides and round the corners.

2. We glue the tape so called. from the centre with a slight pull to each side. Glue the ends without pulling towards the ribs (following the edge of the belly) to the palm of the hand under the bra edge and iron.
