Taping of hunched backs in children
Seated, shoulder blades together, shoulders down.
1. Prepare two equal lengths of GEM tape and round the corners.
2. Stick the anchor of the first tape without pulling on the shoulder (diagonally - cross the tape over the back).
3. Straighten the back properly (shoulder blades together, shoulders down) and in this prepared position apply the tape with 50% tension crosswise over the back. Glue the end of the tape completely without tension and iron.
4. Repeat the same procedure on the other side of the back.
