Moringa with lemon balm - mental health

Lemon balm supports mental health, has relaxing effects, and helps with falling asleep.Additionally, it supports normal thyroid function and digestion, and acts as an antioxidant. Supports normal thyroid function and respiratory system functions. Regulates hormonal balance and the function of the circulatory system.

Moringa is primarily an excellent source of protein, vitamins A, C, D, potassium, and calcium, with a range of isothiocyanates, flavonoids, and phenolic acids.Moringa also helps maintain blood sugar at a normal level. Moringa is ideal for supporting weight loss, improving digestion, and bowel function.

Composition:

Moringa oleifera – leaf 70%, Lemon balm – leaf (Melissa Officinalis) – leaf 30%. Origin: Moringa oleifera: Philippines, Lemon balm: Czech Republic.

Dosage:

Recommended dosage is 2–3 times a day, a cup (1.5–2 dl).

Pour the herbal blend with hot water max. 80 °C in a ratio of 1–2 teaspoons per 1.5–2 dl. For preparing the beverage in a kettle, add 1 extra teaspoon. Steeping time 8–10 minutes (covered cup), then strain.
