Moringa with basil

Basil is a versatile spice for every household. We can use it in both raw and dry form for vegetables, salads, and meat, especially when we are not allowed to use pepper. It is most commonly used in tomato dishes, pasta, on pizza, and is the base of basil pesto. It is also suitable for soups, egg dishes, chicken, fish, or minced meats.

Moringa oleifera – leaf 70%, basil 30%. Origin: Moringa oleifera: Philippines, Sweet Basil: Czech Republic.

Dosage:

Stir into the boiling dish during the final stage of cooking for 5 – 10 minutes. Suitable for salads, yogurts, etc.
