Kuskus s moringou
Couscous with Moringa Oleifera. Drizzle 300 g of couscous with two tablespoons of olive oil, pour 600 ml of boiling water over it, and let it swell. We serve it as a main dish or as a side dish. Good for breakfast, a snack, at work, and for dinner.
Moringa is primarily an excellent source of protein, vitamins A, C, D, potassium, and calcium, with a range of isothiocyanates, flavonoids, and phenolic acids.Moringa also helps maintain blood sugar at a normal level. Moringa is ideal for supporting weight loss, improving digestion, and bowel function.
