Moringa with nettle - blood purification

Moringa oleifera – leaf 70%, Nettle – root 30%. Origin: Moringa oleifera: Philippines, Nettle: Czech Republic.

Dosage:

Recommended dosage is 2–3 times a day, a cup (1.5–2 dl).

Pour the herbal blend with hot water max. 80 °C in a ratio of 1–2 teaspoons per 1.5–2 dl. For preparing the beverage in a kettle, add 1 extra teaspoon. Steeping time 8–10 minutes (covered cup), then strain.
