Kuskus se špenátem a moringou

Spinach is very rich in vitamins and minerals. It contains almost all vitamins – C, A, E, K, and also B group vitamins, many minerals and trace elements, it has an exceptionally high amount of iodine, and even a bit of manganese, but most importantly a large amount of iron. Together with moringa, a nutritional bomb. 

Simple preparation: Pour hot water over couscous and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.We serve it as a main dish or as a side dish. Good for breakfast, a snack, at work, and for dinner.

Moringa is primarily an excellent source of protein, vitamins A, C, D, potassium, and calcium, with a range of isothiocyanates, flavonoids, and phenolic acids.Moringa also helps maintain blood sugar at a normal level.
