Spinach is very rich in vitamins and minerals. It contains almost all vitamins – C, A, E, K, and also B group vitamins, many minerals and trace elements, it has an exceptionally high amount of iodine, and even a bit of manganese, but most importantly a large amount of iron. Together with moringa, a nutritional bomb.
Simple preparation: Pour hot water over couscous and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.We serve it as a main dish or as a side dish. Good for breakfast, a snack, at work, and for dinner.
