Curry adds a sharper taste.
Simple preparation: Pour 600 ml of boiling water over 250 g of couscous and let it swell. We serve it as a main dish, good for breakfast, a snack, at work, and at school.
Moringa is primarily an excellent source of protein, vitamins A, C, D, potassium, and calcium, with a range of isothiocyanates, flavonoids, and phenolic acids.Moringa also helps maintain blood sugar at a normal level. Moringa is ideal for supporting weight loss, improving digestion, and bowel function.
