Kuskus s kari a moringou

Simple preparation: Drizzle 300 g of couscous with two tablespoons of olive oil, pour 600 ml of boiling water over it, and let it swell.We serve it as a main dish or as a side dish. Good for breakfast, a snack, at work, and for dinner.
