Aquamin is a multimineral ingredient derived from calcified marine algae. This red algae is harvested in the pristine waters of the North Atlantic.It contains a high proportion of calcium, magnesium, selenium, zinc, and 70 other minerals. The mutual interaction between these substances, along with high bioavailability, makes Aquamin a unique "bioactive complex."

This complex is suitable for osteoporosis, for maintaining normal bone and teeth quality, for normal muscle activity, and for supporting the function of the digestive system. It is a suitable supplement for active athletes, as well as for children during periods of rapid growth.

Due to its plant-based origin, it is also suitable for vegetarians, vegans, macrobiotics, and supporters of organic foods. The contents of the capsule can be emptied and mixed into food or drink.

Allergens: Does not contain allergens listed in Annex II of EU Regulation 1169/2011.

Recommended dosage: 1–2 capsules 1–2 times daily.
