After calcium and phosphorus, it is 3. the most abundant mineral in the human body.Biologically active organic sulfur is utilized by muscle tissue, bones, and skin, and is involved in the synthesis of B vitamins – thiamine and biotin. MSM is categorized in dietary supplements as – joint, muscle, and ligament support, flexibility and mobility, hair and skin.
