Fish collagen (also known as marine) is primarily obtained from fish scales and is known for its 100% purity. It is most commonly used in the form of hydrolyzed collagen (collagen peptides), where natural collagen is broken down into smaller molecules that are more easily absorbed by the body.Collagen is one of the very important supportive proteins in the human body.Type I. represents 90% of collagen in organisms, which is specifically present in tendons, connective tissue, and predominantly in large part in the skin.

Collagen Absorption – what is Da? 

One of the main factors is the molecular weight, which is given in units of Daltons (Da).

In general, the lower the molecular weight, the higher the absorbability and effectiveness of collagen. Common collagen in its natural form can have up to 100.000 Yes. High-quality hydrolyzed fish collagen usually has less than 3.000 Yes, which ensures exceptionally high biological activity and bioavailability.

Composition: Hydrolyzed fish collagen type I, vegetarian capsule (Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Free from additives, including added colorings, flavors, preservatives, or GMOs.

Recommended dosage: 4–6 capsules every evening.

Take approximately one hour after dinner and drink with a glass of water. Use continuously for at least 3 months!   

Storage: Keep in a dry place at room temperature. Do not store in direct sunlight or in freezing conditions.
