Contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Beta-carotene is a powerful antioxidant (suppresses the effects of free radicals in the body) and reduces the signs of aging. There is no risk of overdose with beta-carotene because the body only converts the amount it currently needs, and safely eliminates the rest. We recommend using it for at least two weeks as preparation for tanning not only in the summer but also before a winter vacation.
Vitamin A contributes to normal iron metabolism, the maintenance of healthy mucous membranes, the maintenance of healthy skin, good vision, and the proper functioning of the immune system.
