2) Is it supported by studies?
Yes. Metabolaid® has been tested in 5 clinical studies on 320+ participants (e.g. Herranz-Lopez M. et al., Scientific Reports 2019; Boix-Castejón M. et al., Food & Function 2018; Marhuenda J. et al., Molecules 2021).
