RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE: Children aged 4–11 years: 1–2 tablets daily. Adolescents aged 12–18 years: 1–3 tablets daily. Adults over 18 years: 1–4 tablets daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
